For this cover i wanted to do something different than what’s generally associated with the topic “coming of age.” I was inspired by David Lynch’s “Blue Velvet”, where the antagonist Frank is a kind of manchild-psychopath-nympho-killer. This gave me the idea for an evil coming of age design, where the subject grew up in a negative way.
